Blacklisted Profiles
Profiles are added when a customer engages in repeated bad-faith actions — such as coercive demands, fraudulent disputes, or burden-shifting — that seek to extract value without honoring fair business terms. Once listed, the individual is no longer eligible for service.
How profiles are added to the list
Full policy: Some customers use coercive, asymmetric tactics that look less like support issues and more like opportunistic fraud. This can include threatening reputational harm (“refund me or I’ll leave a negative review”), manufacturing urgency to pressure discounts or exceptions, or escalating to payment-provider disputes and chargebacks without returning product or following return procedures.
Some also attempt to turn normal fulfillment questions into leverage by demanding free replacements, additional items, or partial refunds while retaining the goods. We also see delayed responses, address mistakes, or refused pickups reframed as seller fault.
In many cases this becomes a burden-shifting pattern: significant effort is spent on repeated documentation and explanations, while that operational cost is used to justify additional demands. These behaviors create credit and reputational risk by shifting cost onto the business while seeking refunds, product retention, or extra inventory without payment.
